Dell G16 and Lightroom

Hello everybody.

i need help, cause since 5 months i speak with Dell but they dont understand nothing. They already changed my motherboard, but nothing changed.

While using Lightroom 8.2 (in connection with Photoshop too) i find problems: slowdowns, software crashes, the fan working at full speed. To get a Preset preview I have to wait up to 30 sec., when i work with the mask there are always problem, in Modify Menu the Refinemet at the end doenst work....

My Graphic card is NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4060, 8 GB GDDR6, ive made a lot of settings change, i reinstalled the software...

I really dont know how to solve....

Could anyone help me?

Have you updatedd the GPU driver to the latest version? Also make sure that it's the Studio version as the Gaming version can be problematic in Lightoom.

Hallo. i made the update with latest GPU Studio. Unfortunately the problem is there. I also made a downgrade to Lightroom 8.1.....nothing, when i work with one Nef file and i use Mask, lens Blur, iA aso, the Pc is slower and slower, the fan works always and oft Lightr chrashesss....
