Bonjour, es ce que vous pouvez me dire de quel facon on peut ajouter une signature sur une photos svp?

Signatures are applied via a Watermark (text or graphic) when you export an image. 

 

Choose Export > Custom from 'Share' button at top rtight corner of UI. 

 

Place checkmark against 'Include Watermark', then click on gear wheel to open Watermark panel. The rest should easy to follow, although attached a screenshot to help you along.
