denoise not working properly

I’m experiencing an ongoing issue with the Denoise feature in Lightroom (cloud version) that is affecting my workflow.
The Denoise tool works inconsistently—it will function at times and then stop working without any clear pattern. When it fails, it either does nothing when selected or gets stuck processing and never completes. This inconsistency is causing delays and making it difficult to stay on schedule with client work.

• App: Adobe Lightroom (Cloud version, not Classic)
• Platform: Windows
• Issue frequency: Intermittent but frequent
• Impact: Significant slowdown and workflow delays
Troubleshooting steps I’ve already tried:
• Restarting Lightroom and my computer
• Logging out and back into Creative Cloud
• Checking for updates
• Attempting the process on different photos
The issue continues despite these steps. I rely heavily on Denoise for my editing workflow, so I’d appreciate assistance in identifying the cause or a permanent fix.
