Thank you for reaching out and reporting this. A jump from ~20 seconds to several minutes for a single Denoise is significant and strongly suggests that AI processing may have fallen back from GPU to CPU.

Here are a few targeted things to investigate:

1. With an Intel Core i7 system, you likely have a dedicated NVIDIA or AMD GPU. Can you copy & paste your system info from Help > System info here?

2. Does Denoise speed improve at all if you use it on a few images in a single session, or is it consistently slow on every image?

3. Do you see any error/ toast or warning dialogs when Denoise starts, even briefly?

4. Are other AI features also affected (e.g., Remove, AI Masking with Select Subject/Sky, Super Resolution), or is it specifically Denoise?
