Thanks for the update — as CMass said, you have to have two profiles with the same email. I took a closer look, and here’s what I found:
It seems your business profile currently uses 93.618 GB out of a 2 GB quota, which is way over the limit. That likely explains where your missing photo library is — it’s stored under your business profile, not your personal one.
Meanwhile, your personal profile shows 0.174 GB used out of 100 GB, which aligns with what you’re seeing (or rather, not seeing) in terms of photos.
Before making any changes, like deleting your business account, I strongly recommend ensuring all important data is moved or backed up. I’m not sure if direct data transfer between profiles is possible, though that kind of request usually falls under a different team at Adobe.
To sort this out, I’d suggest reaching out to one of the following support channels:
Clearly explain that you wish to close your business profile and transfer all its data to your personal account. They should be able to provide further guidance if this is possible.
