Descargar videos almancenados en la nube de lightroom no funciona

A alguien mas le pasa ? Los videos guardados en mi almacenamiento de la nube, no se descargan desde Android, o lo hacen demasiado lento, dejo la app 10/15 min asi y aun no descarga

Could you tell us the version of Lightroom you're using and the version of Android you're working on? Have you tried switching from Wifi to cellular data to check if that makes a difference? If not, please try that and let us know how it goes.

Hola, telefono samsung s25 ultra, modelo SM-S938B, android 15 one ui 7.0, también probé desde la galaxy tab s9, mismo OS, igual, se queda colgado y nunca descarga el video, e intentado con varios videos

No cambia el resultado que use datos o wifi, aun si la descarga fuese lenta, el tema es, que nunca se descarga
