Desktop LR CC App presets not syncing to LR CC Mobile

Hi there, I've not been able to get my Mobile LR CC app to update with my LR CC desktop version. I've installed and used new

presest on my LR CC desktop App but they won't sync up with my mobile app. I'm logged in all creative clouds on all apps even my LR classic CC. I have all

the latest updates on all platforms as well. I've restarted my laptop and phone as well as the apps themselves multiple times and still

they aren't syncing. I've very frustrated and hope I'm just missing one piece. Can someone please help??

Hi Laurie,

Sorry to hear that presets are not syncing to mobile device, could you try going here Photo Editor | Online Photoshop Lightroom and edit an image by selecting an image and clicking on Edit on the top left corner and check if the presets are here?

Hi Sahil, Thanks so much for getting back to me! Yes, I was able to edit and add one of my presets in the link you sent. It opened up on the link you sent then went to my desktop CC version. Still not seeing it on my mobile app though.

Hi Laurie,

Can you provide any further details that may help? Like what mobile device are you using, and how did you import the presets into Lr CC Desktop?
