Desktop Presets

Question

I recently bought presets and am trying to get them loaded into Lightroom. I have tried so many different things and noting is working. The last thing I did was once Lightroom is launched I tried clicking file--> import profiles and presets--> and then from there I clicked on each preset. It says they loaded but nothing is appearing. Someone please help! The email with the presets disables after 24 hours so I am desperate.

It's not clear from you question where you are trying to apply the presets from. If installed correctly, they should be available in the presets panels as shown in below screenshot. Rolling the mouse over same should cause the image to change as per the preset adjustments. Clicking on a preset will apply same.
