Develop Page on Lightroom Classic not functioning

Hi all,

Having an issue with lightroom library v13-3, the images I have look fine in Library but when clicking develop, they become all torn. I've made sure my Graphics drivers are updating and about to try a reinstall to see that sorts it. I recently moved computers aswell, but was function fine until updated to my version.
