Disable Preset Hover

Does anyone know how I can disable hovering on my presets for adobe lightroom? When I move my mouse around and happen to move it over another preset, it disrupts my work flow since it adjusts to whatever my mouse is hovering over. I have adobe lightroom version 5.2. This only happens on the desktop appo. On the web or on mobile, I have to click tools which is my preference. I saw on a forum that if I go to lightroom prefences, there would be a box to toggle off to change this under performance but I do not have that option.

The option you mention-

Is only available in the Lightroom-CLASSIC App.

In Lightroom the Preset should not apply to the image until you Click with the mouse. The Preview with 'Hover' should clear when you move the mouse cursor away from the Preset names.
