Discover and Learn module won't work

The Discover and Learn module won't load so i signed out. Now it won't let me sign in. After clicking sign in a blank screen keeps loading, with only option to close. Tried clearing the cache and deleting the data, still no help. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. It is working now, but after sometime again the Discover and Learn module won't load.
