Discrepancy on total photos between all units

Dear community, I really need to understand how come I get a discrepancy on total number of photos between my computer, Ipad and Iphone. There are different totalt number of photos between all units.

The numbers of deleted photos is the same across platforms.

Anyone have an idea how this is even possible?
