Discrepency LR storage and Cloud Storage.

Hi there, 

 

I have a discrepency on the Cloud storage capacity between Lightroom mobile app and Creative Cloud.

 

On LR mobile, I can clearly see thatbi have 100GO available. However, when accessing the Cloud app, it shows a 2GO capacity.

 

Could you please assist?

Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I've reviewed your account. You have an active subscription to Lightroom Mobile Premium from the Android store.

 

Subscriptions from the mobile Appstore give you cloud storage to be used exclusively by Lightroom mobile. Other services like Creative Cloud & Document cloud will only have the 2GB basic entitlement.

 

Similarly, subscriptions are managed at the respective stores. You can modify your subscription through Google AppStore. Check this article to learn more about this:https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-android.html

 

You can subscribe to Adobe Lightroom from this page: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html
