Do I have to expect perfectly smoothness of a i9 MacBook Pro in LR?

Hey everyone, I have bought the i9 with 32GB RAM and 5500m 4gb MacBook Pro 16 and I have one question. Sometimes when I use the "straigthen lines tool" in Lightroom for a second the magnifier is a bit behind (sluggish) for a very little moment and then it works perfectly fine again. I think I have too high expectations for this laptop because it is and remains a piece of hardware made by people but I thought I would ask it here, are such things normal too happen very little times, or not?
