I am using Lightroom on my iPad and iPhone.

I want to use it as a pc version, but it asks me to pay.

To use the iPad and pc version together

Do I have to subscribe to the pc version and the iPad version separately?

That's for the Cloud Based version on the PC.

In addition to that, if you also want the traditional disc based Lightroom and Photoshop on the PC and 1TB of Cloud Storage then you would need a Photography Plan (and the cost is about 4 times the Mobile Plan... there is a cheaper one but the amount of Cloud Storage is five times less than the Mobile Plan)

You would need to upgrade the Mobils Plan to the Lightroom Plan, which is normally twice the price but includes Mobile and 1TB of Cloud Storage.
