Do I need to upgrade to lightroom premium to edit photos on my mobile

Hi, i just downloaded normal version of Lightroom for mobile but it does not allow any edit function. is this normal and I must upgrade to premium or is some bug?

As you may have seen already, we think we've found and fixed the issue here.  We sincerely apologize for the interruption of service.  Please let us know if you are still not able to access Lightroom Premium service.

if you wanna edit Raw file and many other option like filters etc you need to subscribe premium option.
