Hi @Julzeclaire, Welcome to the Lightroom Community forum! To better help you with this issue, we would like a few more details. Can you send your system info, a screen recording of the issue, and a numbered list of the exact steps needed to reproduce it? You can find your system info by going to Help > System Info, copying and pasting it into a text file, and attaching it here.

In the meantime, I would recommend trying these basic troubleshooting steps:

    • Clear your cache: Go to the top menu and open Preferences (Edit > Preferences on Windows, or Lightroom > Preferences on macOS). Click the Cache tab, then look for the option to Clear Cache or to adjust the maximum size allowed for stored originals and previews. Remember to check if your cloud sync is fully updated and active before clearing space, so you do not lose unsynced work

    • Reset System Preferences:  https://adobe.ly/4o7JADQ

    • Use the Adobe Cleaner Tool to reinstall:  https://adobe.ly/3VCHy65

If none of these steps work for you, please send over the requested information so we can continue troubleshooting. I hope this helps! ^CH
