Download collection to Facebook album How to create album?

I do not understand tutorial re: FB ... option in LR after authorization is 'album'  no name, just album OR create album...how to proceed? it does not go as described in the tutorial.  I tried 'C:\Users\Dr. John\Desktop\mobile uploads' for location, I tried a known FB album title  keep getting error.
