Download correct version of Lightroom

Question

Hi,
I just installed lightroom but notice it looks different to all the videos that I watch. The videos that I watch add catalogues and have a menu up the top which has "Library", "Develop", "Map"...etc.  In my version there are folders and no catalogues, the preferences all seem different and there is no top menu.
 
Did I get the wrong version? How to do I get the same version as everyone else seems to have?

Sorry about the confusion caused between Lightroom Classic and Lightroom Desktop.

As you get the point already that you have downloaded the incorrect version of Lightroom. The one you are looking for is Lightroom Classic. You can download it from the Creative Cloud desktop app. See https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/get-started.html
