Download of original images from Lightroom

Non riesco a download foto dimensioni originali in Lightroom. Se voglio esportare in formato originale da Lightroom da un computer su cui non ho installato Lightroom classic ricevo il messaggio "Alcune immagini non possono essere esportate nelle dimensioni richieste poiché non è possibile accedere alle dimensioni complete dell'originale". Thanks for help. 

 

English: I can't download from Lightroom images in their original size to export them on the desktop. I receive a message saying "some images may not be exported in the requested size since it not possibe to get the original dimension of the original

The cloud storage probably only has smart previews available. This happens when the image hasn't fully synced from their origin or when the file was originally synced from Classic. Classic unfortunately will only upload smart previews and not the original raw files.
