Downloaded Light & Airy Presets that don’t work

I recently downloaded the Light & Airy presets and followed all of the directions to install. They are showing under my created presets but when I import a picture and try to change the preset to the new one, it barely (if at all) changes the photo and it doesn't change it to what it should be. I have the iPhone Pro Max with the newest 14.2 version. I have even sent the same photo to a friend and she could change the photo in her LR app but mine showed different. I've deleted all presets and started the download over with no different results. At a loss here.
