Downloader… quits at 9%

Sorry for the delayed response. We recently released newer versions of all Creative Cloud apps — I hope you’ve been able to install the latest updates. If you haven’t updated yet or are facing issues downloading the update, please try the steps shared here: https://adobe.ly/3WNgUVu

If the issue still persists after updating, as Alek suggested above, could you please share a few screenshots of what you’re seeing? This will help us better understand the problem.

Just to clarify, does the Lightroom Downloader automatically close, or does it freeze at 9%? When you restart it, does it stop at 9% again? If you’re seeing an error message, could you share a screenshot with us?
If the downloader is getting stuck on a specific file, try downloading those files manually to make sure they’re backed up, then delete them from Lightroom and continue with the downloader.
