Downloading from a shared abum

When I share an album, whereas the three dots used to have the option to download everything, it now only has report abuse. Am I missing something with some of my settings here?

Be sure that in your shared album's Link Settings that "Allow JPG downloads" is enabled

Hi

Thanks for the reply, it is on that setting but still it’s the same.

Might have to contact customer Services!

I think I understand what you are saying.... visitors in your album will have to download from lightroom.adobe.com one at a time -- that 3-dot menu Download option does not allow for downloading all images at once, like you see for yourself when viewing your own share.

 

I work on the iOS app, and it behaves a little differently, such that other members of your shared album can export multiple images at once.
