Downloading Presets to LightRoom

I just installed Lightroom on my iphone and purchased a preset to download. I cannot figure out how to do this. Everything I read says that once you download, your phone should give you the option to open in the app. This does not happen. If I open Lightroom seperately I cannot see how to add a preset. I have ensured I am downloading via Safari. I have the dropbox app available to use. I have restarted my phone several times to see if that will help. 

I'm a newbie at this - any suggestions on how to fix this so I can use Lightroom and my preset?
