Duplicate files in camera roll from one shutter release

A few minutes ago I took one shot with the iPhone Lr app camera.

It showed in camera roll with a duplicate with exactly the same name and time (to the second - NOT a double shutter tap) and both populated my Lr ecosystem. 

The Info for both files in Lr is exactly the same.  The file name on the thumbnail view in LrC has one named as Copy 1.

After a week of using the Adobe Lr ecosystem I'd rate it about an 8 out of 10. It HAS issues.  I'd not call them 'bugs' since they can not be repeated at will. Like a line from the movie 'I ROBOT' they may be just "random bits of code'!🫤
