Duplicate purchase

I got a new phone and now am unable to access the premium features on either device.  I get an error message saying that it is a duplicate purchase - subscription has already been purchased with a different Adobe ID.  My App Store shows that I am still subscribed and I've been paying monthly.  Please help!
