Anyone else having issues where the key-shortcut for duplicate doesn't work?

I am unaware of existing KBSC for Duplicate Image. Can you Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us the exact installed version number of your software. Or, can you provide the KBSC you are attempting to use?

That KBSC is not on my list. Can you Please go to Help>System Info… and provide us the exact installed version number of your software.
