Edit in PS from Lightroom not working in the new PS 26.4.1

When trying to edit in Photoshop from lightroom, the image doesn't get sent to PS and I just encountered the issue after updating. PS opens when I click the command but after that lightroom just has the progress bar at around 75% and doesn't export to PS to edit.

    Using Lightroom Desktop 8.2 and PS 26.4.1, I am having no issues with Mac 15.3.1. I am not able to reproduce this failure. 

    To diagnose, you should attempt and test after each step, in this order: 

    1.  Reset PS Preferences
    2.  Reinstall PS
    3.  Reset Lightroom Preferences

     

    If after each step, functionality is not restored, you may need to reinstall Lightroom Desktop 8.2.
