Edit photos gone After Connection to wifi

Today ist has happened For The Second Time, that all the pictures I had edited on My IPad on Lightroom are gone.

I was on a work Trip and only took My IPad Pro with me. I edited the Photos in Photoshop an Lightroom, but mostly Lightroom.

Then when I wanted to Export Them out of the Lightroom Library at Home, I was told to log in again. After doing so, all of My photos out of The Library were gone. There is literary nothing left, when before there had been the pictures I just recently imported before the Trip and some more I had edited a while ago.

The two pictures I edited in Photoshop are still there.

 

It has happened before, Three months ago With Photoshop, however back Then I thought it could have been My mistake, as I just recently renewed My Account and I though My IPad might Not have been on the News Account yet.

Now I feel like it could have been the same bug.

 

I am pretty emotional about this, as it has been a Full day of work in edit. The project in December was Even Worse.

This cannot Happen. I pay a lot of money to use this Application and if it is possible to work offline, the Programms should Not overwrite the data when connecting to WIFI. The mobile creative Cloud has failed me.

I am sorry to hear about the issue @Elisa-Marie28976157s7hd .

 

If you go to https://lightroom.adobe.com and log in with the same Adobe ID you are using on your iPad do you see your images and edits?

Hi Rikk,

 

Thanks for Your reply. If I got to that Website and log in, I find one Photo - one I edited in Lightroom and Photoshop and that went missing Too. All of the Others Are still gone.

 

I Wonder why this Happens. It seems like the Pictures get Saved momentarily on the Lightroom IPad Application, but then fail to get saved in the cloud when connected to WIFI, which Leads to a collateral error that restarts the App and therefore deletes all Pictures.

I got myself a IPad Pro to do some Sammlers edits / preparations on Trips. This issue makes it impossible for me to work like that.

Can you provide a Solution/Answer to that?

At the https://lightroom.adobe.com link do you see a folder on the left called Deleted?  Is there anything in there?
