edit the disturb for northern lights

Hello everybody.

Few months ago I worked on a couple of pictures of northern lights. 

the system allow me to reduce the disturb automatically.

today, with the same camera, same setting and nothing different, I cannot remove the disturb because it seems that the file is not support.

do you have an idea how to solve the problem?

I use a Sony a6700

Hey, @. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here.

 

Does this happen with these specific images, or do all images behave similarly? Have you changed any settings on the camera?

Denoise may not work with Compressed RAW images. Try working with Lossless files & check how it goes.

Dear Sameer,

unfortunately not.

I tried several time to take pictures with same and different settings, but the program never worked as in the past.

so i tried to remove it from the laptop and to install it again, but it didn't work. 

When I tried to reinstall it, it appeared a sentence saying that Adobe doens't cover Italy.

a bit crazy

So now my laptop is under verification.
