Editing page not working

Question

Hello everyone,

I am a student and am working on a project for my class, but I'm away from home and do not have access to Lightroom on my desktop. I have no other option but to use the online version on my chromebook, but I have come across a problem. Since this morning, I have been trying to edit some new photos I took but can't. This has been happening to all of the photos that I try to open. I will include a screenshot below, please help.

We're sorry about the trouble experienced.
What versions of Lightroom and operating system you're on? What type of file were you trying to edit? Is it happening with this single file or other files as well? Did you try re-logging in? We're here to help just need some info.
