Edits dont transfer when exporting to jpeg

When I export an image to a different format after editing in Raw, the export does not look similar to the edits I have added to the image. I have attached an image CR3 is the raw which I then convert to DNG. The DNG is what I would like it to look like as I desaturated and removed the grainy look from the CR3. When exported to a JPEG it's not as bright and vibrant as the DNG image.

    If I click the up arrow in the top right it just asks the type of format I want to export it to. The other image is when I go to file > export

    You are exporting in AdobeRGB. That means the exported image will only look correct if you view it in an application that understands color management. In all non-color managed applications it will look a bit washed out and under-saturated. Export in sRGB if you do not know how the image will be viewed.
