Edits Reverting in Filmstrip & with Export

I am having a weird issue. When I edit a photo the photo in the display stays how it was edited but when clicking off the photo in the Filmstrip it reverts to some weird edit. Clicking on the filmstrip version brings up the correctly edited photo in the display but the Filmstrip remains the same and when I go to export it exports the version in the Filmstrip and not in the display?

I tried pasting the edit settings and then also doing it manually and the same thing happens.
