How come I only have three effects? When watching tutorials it appears I'm missing a lot of options

So for example I can't find vignett, feather, roughness, sharpening and all
those options

Ok, which effects CAN you find? The effects panel and the detail panel should be showing in the toner at the bottom of the Edit view. Let's figure out what you can see.
