Im Adobe Lightroom 8.2 habe ich ein einziges Element das nicht Synchronisiert wird. Wie kann ich dieser Element finden und löschen?

Kannst du hier Fehler sehen (Papierkorb, Bereinigung ...)?

Angezeigt wird „1 Element wird synchronisiert“ (passiert aber seit
Monaten nicht).

Nach ein Klick auf „Anzeigen“ bekomme ich, „Keine passenden Fotos zu
diesen Filtern gefunden“. (Welche Filtern?)
