Email directly from Lightroom - Color problems

Hi All

I have just emailed some photos from within Lightroom. I have discovered that they dont send directly and go into the Drafts folder in Microsoft Office. Regardless and more importantly, when I checked the images before hitting the send button in Microsoft Outlook, the color profile has changed and look awful.

I have attached the original and the emailed photos so you can see what I mean.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
