Email not being sent to log into Lightroom Mobile
So I am one my second day of the Lightroom trial. I decided to try out the Lightroom Mobile feature. I installed the app, but when I try to start it, it say to verify my account by hitting the verification on the email that is sent.
But I never recive the email. I tried loging in with my Adobe account, and waited over two hours and nothing came. I tried using my gmail account, which is the same one used to my Adobe account. But same result.
My email does work, I have recived emails from Adobe, even the one confiriming my signup here. My email is verified. My spam folder is clear. I have Adobe listed as a contact and my inbox is far from being full. I have Lightroom Classic installed and have been on the Lightroom Web. I tried running the mobile app directly from the Creative Cloud, but that just started up the Mobile app, that then asked for my to verify again. I even hit the “get help signing in” prompt, and when I try to find the account it says to “Check your inbox” again. Hitting Resend then says “Somthing went wrong”.
So is the Lightroom e-mail servers down, or is this supposedly on my end?
