Hi Everyone,

I received the following email which seemed very strange.  I've never had an issue with my Adobe account.  Is this spam?

Dear XXXXX,

We’re writing to inform you that since you have not subscribed to Lightroom in over a year, your entire catalog, including unsynced local assets, saved presets, and purchased premium presets, will be permanently deleted in 30 days.

We understand the value of your photos and presets, and we want to ensure you have the opportunity to take action:
1.  Download Your Content: Use the Lightroom downloader to save your content before it’s deleted in 30 days. To log in, your Adobe ID is:<Mod removed sensitive info>
2.  Do Nothing: If no action is taken, your content will be deleted from our servers (content associated with other Creative Cloud apps won’t be affected).
3.  Re-Subscribe and Save your Content: Sign in to the Lightroom app on your device or here to see available options to continue storing your Lightroom content. See more in our Help article.
Note: Discover posts you’ve shared publicly won’t be affected.

Thanks,
Adobe Team

Looks ligit. Is this perhaps a different account than the one you use normally?

I don't think so.  I just changed my auto-pay credit card as I had to get a new one.  Not sure if that triggered it?

Hey @

It looks like you have an active account with the email address you used to register for the community, and it's not associated with the one in the email. Did you have a trial or a previously active account with the email in question?

Can you share the email of the sender?
