Erreurs de positionnement dans le module carte Lightroom 9.1

The gps position of the photos does not correspond to the actual position in the route report.
A photo whose capture date is 4:03 pm is positioned in a place where I passed at 3:03 pm

My statement having been created on Android by Geotracker, and giving hours in UTC, I made a time difference in the statement so that it corresponds to the time of the PC at the time of the photo. But it does not work
