Hey, @Bia_Romani4269. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. 

 

I've tried downloading many images from Lightroom Web simultaneously as ZIP in Edge, & Chrome, and it worked as expected. What browser & type of files are you attempting to download? Has this started to happen since a recent change in your Browser or files imported recently?
