Error about previously added image (which are not in Lightroom any longer); no upload possible

Hi,

I have a problem with importing some particular image files, that have been added and deleted from my lightroom cloud previously.

I would like to add theses images again, however, theses images are faded and I am not able to upload ("zuvor hinzugefügt")

As far as I remember it seems a common issues but deleting cache, restarting lightroom or my mac simply doesnt do it. I also chose a different folder from where to upload. It doesnt do the trick.

Tipps would be more than welcome.

Thanks,

N

When you deleted the images, did you actually delete them or did you only remove them from the album they were in (removing images from an album does not delete them from the cloud)?

If you didn't delete them, then there's no need to try to re-add them. Simply find them in All Photos and add them back to whatever album they should be in.

However, if you did fully delete them, check to see if they are still in the "Deleted" album. If they are still there, click on the "Restore" icon for each of the affected images, that will put them back into All Photos and any album they were originally in.

Hey Jim,

Thanks for the swift response.

I deleted them fully from the Lightroom cloud. Restoring is not an option, unfortunately.

I checked all albums and filters (date, cam, recently added etc.) and theses images are certainly not in Lightroom anymore.

Frankly, that is the weird part. Re-Adding them remains impossible.

Just to confirm, after you deleted them from Lightroom you then opened the "Deleted" album and from there you also "permamently deleted" them?
