Error code 12000

I'm having trouble signing into Lightroom on my Mac and receiving error code 12000. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

 

  1. Verified my subscription is valid (I can log in on my iPad).
  2. Checked my internet connection.
  3. Restarted my Mac.
  4. Updated Lightroom to the latest version.
  5. Cleared the cache in Lightroom.
  6. Signed out and back into the Creative Cloud app.
  7. Ensured my Mac's date and time settings are correct.
  8. Tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
  9. Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom.

 

Despite these efforts, I still cannot log in.

Hey, @zane_9634. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found two profiles in it, one of which has an active subscription from an Enterprise.

 

If an IT team manages the device, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted: https://adobe.ly/3STmkga


You can also try using Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/44pzh7u) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.

Hey, @zane_9634. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in and found two profiles in it, one of which has an active subscription from an Enterprise.

You can also try using Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/44pzh7u) on a different/alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.
