Error code 12000
I'm having trouble signing into Lightroom on my Mac and receiving error code 12000. Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Verified my subscription is valid (I can log in on my iPad).
- Checked my internet connection.
- Restarted my Mac.
- Updated Lightroom to the latest version.
- Cleared the cache in Lightroom.
- Signed out and back into the Creative Cloud app.
- Ensured my Mac's date and time settings are correct.
- Tried connecting to a different Wi-Fi network.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom.
Despite these efforts, I still cannot log in.
