error code "19650929"

Question

I get this error code "19650929" when I open the Lightroom app on iOS. I’ve tried restarting the app and turning off the iPad, but nothing changes.I have a lot of photos in Lightroom with presets that I don’t want to lose. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, I’ll lose everything. How can I fix this error code?

Try this: A safer alternative to uninstalling is to "offload" the Lightroom app. This process removes the application itself but keeps its documents and data, which includes your photos and presets. Go to your iPad's Settings > General > iPad Storage. Scroll down and find the Lightroom app. Tap on Offload App and confirm. Once the app is offloaded, you'll see a "Reinstall App" option. Tap it to reinstall a fresh copy of Lightroom.
