Error en cargar las fotogragias de mi aplicacion

Hola hace 1 día la aplicación mobile no me dejaba importar las fotogragias a mi celular, por lo tanto la volvi a instalar, al realizar la sincronización las fotos no me aparecen, tengo muchas fallas en la aplicación hace 3 días.

Can you please clarify which device and OS version you are using? Have you given the Lightroom app permission to access your local storage?

Please let us know if your files are stuck in a sync error.

Try clearing the application's cache and let us know if that helps.
