Error: loading namespace: DevelopStyleOperations

Question

Not sure why I keep getting this error when I try to open Lightroom. Has worked with no problems for years! Has the error above, in addition to: can only init the Organize Module once. Anyone have any ideas what to do? I am on desktop.

Thanks for reporting this. To start, please try the following quick checks:

• Reset Lightroom preferences on launch. Hold Shift + Alt while launching Lightroom and confirm the reset when prompted.

• Open the Creative Cloud app and make sure you’re on the latest available Lightroom version (15.1). If an update is pending, install it and restart your system.

• Sign out and back into Creative Cloud

• Temporarily disable antivirus or security software

If the error still appears after this:

• Please share your System Info from Lightroom (Help > System Info), if Lightroom opens even briefly
• Share a screenshot of the error.

Once we have that, we can check whether this needs to be escalated further.
