Error message when opening Lightroom

I wanted to open Lightroom but gor an arror 1. I have many foolders that I have worked on. Do not want to start all over again.

Error code 1: Installation failure

Error code 1 indicates that the Creative Cloud apps on your device have become corrupted, or your device can't connect to the Adobe servers.
