If this is connected to sharing to Instagram, it's probably something that they can explain better.
This is the only app that I know that has stopped working with Share and Lightroom mobile since September 2020. 
As far I as I can tell you can't share to them successfully from any other app but the Photos app.

Have you tried to look into the iOS Instagram app settings Photo settings?

Is it set to All Photos?
