Error with 40 of my favorite photos in a shoot. Won't sync!

Hi! I have tried googling, asking a photographer friend, etc. but I have a bunch of photos that say "error" and will not sync to the album. They are already edited and I want them to be sent today. LMK if you can help! TIA!

Hey, Madi. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

Could you please share screenshots of the error you see in Lightroom, along with the version of Photoshop and the operating system that you are working on?

You can log in to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3uv2zCA) and look for the Sync Issues category near the Deleted section on the left part of the screen. If there are any Sync issues, check the file name, apply small edits or tags, and wait for a while to check if the edits sync over to the cloud.

If this does not help, ensure you have a backup of these images; you can clear them out & delete them from the deleted section.

After this change, let Lightroom sync for a while & check if it returns to normal.
