Errore maschere

Ciao, sto avendo problemi con le maschere di lightroom, in pratica quando clicco su oggetto e persone mi si apre una pagina con scritto: Download di alucni modelli di mascheratura in corso. Il download però non parte. Inoltre non posso utilizzare i preset perchè mi da la stessa scritta. Cosa dovrei fare? Grazie

I am having the same issue, no matter how long I wait the download never starts. Anyone knows how to fix this?
