Errore nelle maschere

Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento, prima del 20-02-24, lightroom mi da errore nelle maschere sfondo e oggetto. Spesso si disconnette improvvisamente. Quindi devo rilanciarlo e rieditare le foto caricate in precedenza. Anche la funzione ritaglio funziona male. Windows è aggiornato ed esente da virus. Invece, l'app su smartphone funziona perfettamente. Che succede ?

    Hey, @Giovanni35667857w220. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out.

    Does this happen after a specific series of steps? Please share the system info from Lightroom Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here.

     

    Once you start getting the errors, go to Edit > Preferences > Performance & check if the GPU is still enabled. Also, please share a screenshot of this panel. 

     

    Check the Processes in the Task Manager (Windows) for unexpected read/write operations & understand how much of the resources are being utilized by Lightroom. 

    Test some variables like:

    • Unplug any external peripherals & use wired input devices.
    • Temporarily, unplug extra displays & only keep one active at a time.
